February has been a cold and snowy month, but our crews are hard at work to complete the shell of your new library!
This month, I'm reporting from the Children's Room! As you'll notice in photo 1, the new children's room is spacious with lots of natural light. Sheetrock is being installed and it's starting to look like a real space!
Photo number 2, while hard to see, shows a little nook/reading alcove for the kids! It's kid height and that means absolutely no adults allowed! Adults will definitely bump their heads if they try and enter. Maybe Miss Jill will make this into a cool, "kids (and Bookworm) only" fort!
Photo 3 shows the entrance to the children's room, as if you were leaving the area to go back out to the elevator. You'll notice an adult size door to your left and a kid-sized door to your right (and glass above it). Again--adults will bump their heads, but it's pint-sized for the little ones. And it's just perfect for Bookworm height.
I can't wait to report back in March and bring you more photos and information about your new library!
