“I should probably meditate more.” You know that meditation produces a wild array of beneﬁcial results for regular practitioners. Maybe you even meditate regularly, but haven’t found the joy and inspiration that makes you want to meditate every day. It’s hard to do something when you don’t want to do it. Even when you know it’s good for you. Meditation has become widely known and accepted for relaxation, emotional, mental, and health beneﬁts all over the world. But did you know there is more to it? The “more” is the very thing that might be keeping you from doing it, simply because you don’t know what’s missing! This workshop takes a hands-on look at the technology of meditation. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate regardless of experience or background.
