Join Coach Gail for a one hour chair yoga class. During this time you will learn to get centered and still using our breath, practice stretching and warming up, work on chair poses and then do a choreographed “dance” using simple yoga poses and popular music. Overall, it is a fun and educational way to find space in the body, reduce pain and experience an inner sense of calm and peace. Limited to 12 people.
Mask Update: Masks are required for all program attendees despite vaccination status.
Attendance at juvenile programs is limited to children of the age group for which the program is intended and their caregivers.
