The young adult section of the Library is located between the fiction and large print stacks on the main floor.  In the YA section of the Library, fiction titles are located on the right and nonfiction titles are located on the left.

If you need help finding a title or a particular subject matter, do not hesitate to ask a Librarian.

Quick Research Tips

Library Research

(Books, Encyclopedias, Etc.)

When you’re in the Library, the best way to tackle a research project is to know where to look for information.  The following is a breakdown of the Dewey Decimal System (the method of placing books in the Library, especially nonfiction titles).  This will help you locate the topic you’re looking for and narrow down your search.
