Registration begins December 15th Funded by the Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut/Keroden Endowment Fund Aaron will give an entertaining and interactive history of the Beatles and their rise to superstardom in the United States in the 1960s. Not only were the Beatles all the rage, but the 1960s saw an important shift in the library—the town of Torrington was still recovering from the 1955 Flood and in the spirit of revitalization, the library turned over a significant portion of land to the city to ensure the city would become a vibrant and beautiful place to thrive and live once again.
