- When registering for programs, please register ONLY for the number of children attending unless otherwise noted.
- Programs are open to participation by older siblings, however, we must prioritize snacks, prizes and give-aways for children within our department's age range of 11 and under. Thank you!

Drop-in Playgroup (0-5) Friday, July10th @ 10:30am Friday, July 24th @ 10:30am No registration required; Drop-in playgroup for kids 0-5 and their grown-ups. Travelling Toy Library Launch! Tuesday, July 7th @ 11am (in conjunction with Budding Bookworms) Join us for the opening of our new toy lending-library will open July 7th! Toys and games for all ages can be borrowed for 7 days, then exchanged for something new! Funded by a generous grant from the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation! DIY Dino Night (ages 5+) Wednesday, July 8th @ 6pm Registration opens June 24th Paint your own dinosaur figurine to take home and play with! No one really knows what colors or patterns dinosaurs had, so go wild with your designs!! Express your inner dino-self! Furry Scaly Friends (all ages) Wednesday, July 15th 5pm-7pm Registration Opens June 24th 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm Furry Scaly Friends are back with all the small pets! Choose a 20-minute time slot for your visit. Tie-Dye Tote Bags (ages 6+) Thursday, July 16th 4-6 pm Registration opens June 24th 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm, 5:30pm Create your own tie-dyed tote bag for beach days, library days, road trips, or any other summer adventure! Shark Week Movie Night (all ages) Wednesday, July 22 @ 5:30 pm Registration opens July 1st Join us for a screening of Dreamworks’ Shark Tale (PG) “A comic catch from the studio that brought you Shrek, Shark Tale is a hilarious hit. Oscar, a lowly tongue-scrubber at the local Whale Wash, becomes an improbable hero when he tells a great white lie. To keep his secret, Oscar teams up with an outcast vegetarian shark, Lenny, and the two become the most unlikely of friends.
