  • When registering for programs, please register ONLY for the number of children attending unless otherwise noted.
  • Programs are open to participation by older siblings, however, we must prioritize snacks, prizes and give-aways for children within our department's age range of 11 and under. Thank you!

It’s Bluey’s birthday, and you’re invited for wackadoo games like Keepy Uppy, Obstacle Course, & Magic Xylophone Dance Mode, plus cupcakes and a scavenger hunt! Please reserve tickets only for the children in attendance.

Solstice Storytime

The Winter Solstice brings the shortest day and the longest night but also signals the longer daylight hours to come. Join Ms Jeni for Winter Solstice stories and traditions. Please reserve tickets only for the children in attendance.

Homeschool Hangout – Snack & Craft Swap! (all ages)
Friday, December 19th @ 2pm
No Registration Required
Snack Swap! Bring your favorite cookie, snack mix, or other snacky treat to exchange with other families, as well as any leftover, but still usable, craft supplies you’d like to trade – it’s like a cookie swap, but with more than just cookies! Wear an ugly sweater if you have one!

Polar Pals Family Yoga Flow (ages 3-9)
Wednesday, January 14th @ 4pm
Registration opens December 24th
Waddle like penguins, stretch like seals, and roam like polar bears in this chilly but heart-warming family yoga class. Together we’ll explore “Penguin” Squats, “Polar Bear” Planks, and “Seal” Cobras. Families will enjoy an arctic animal movement game, hear a short polar adventure story, and create a frosty art project to bring home. These family yoga events are proudly sponsored by Sanctuary Power Yoga, a welcoming community studio in Torrington. Sanctuary offers classes for all ages and levels and is excited to host these special parent-child sessions that blend movement, mindfulness, and creativity. This session welcomes kids and their caregivers to move, breathe, and create side by side. No yoga experience needed—just a sense of play and togetherness. Led by Lisa Shaia, with Sanctuary Power Yoga.
