A few things to keep in mind!

Cleanup
Renters are expected to place all trash and debris inside designated receptacles prior to vacating the reserved area. Excessive garbage and/or mess (especially if food/drink is spilled resulting in damages) and failure to comply with cleanup guidelines will result in loss of $100.00 facilities deposit.  If the room is left in good condition, the deposit will be returned within 7 business days of the party.

  • No decorations may be “pinned” or nailed to any surface.
