Local History Collection Guidelines
The library’s local history collection located in the Board Room with a call number of LH is available for public use under the following guidelines:
Browsing the local history collection is available with an appointment. Please contact a librarian to make an appointment.
The library’s local history collection located in the Board Room with a call number of LH is available for public use under the following guidelines:
- Material(s) must be requested at a library service desk.
- Material(s) will be brought to the patron and MUST be used at the library at either a study desk, lounge seat, or in a quiet study room.
- Valid ID is required and must be left with a librarian upon borrowing material(s). ID will be returned when material(s) is returned.
- Users cannot mark, tag, or in any way damage/alter the material(s).
- Photocopies and/or photos of materials are permitted. If you need a copy of the materials, please ask a librarian and we will be happy to assist you. It is the user’s responsibility to research and use the content within appropriate copyright guidelines and rules.
- Once done with materials, please return to a service desk. ID will be returned.
