Description:A free educational workshop entitled: Tax Talk: The tax reform and your retirement, will be presented on Wednesday, April 4 at 11:00 am and again at 6:00 pm.
Retirees and pre-retirees are encouraged to attend as this workshop will cover a review of the recent tax reform law, changes in income tax brackets, significant changes in standard deductions and the potential impact these changes may have on your retirement strategies. Additionally, we will review the power of tax-deferred investing, and why tax-aware investing still matters.
The informational workshop will be presented by the Society for Financial Awareness, members Chad Burroughs, President of Burroughs Investment Group, and Kathryn Dennen,independent investment advisors, with over 32 years of experience in the industry. They are frequent speakers on financial planning, including retirement income planning as well as investments, insurance and estate planning.
